Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned. Products showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be possible and the standard return policy will apply.
